ME DLC - Bring Down the Sky

Anyone who knows me, understands I LOVE MASS EFFECT and Cmdr. Shepard too. The default Shep, not some lame character creation. I HATE CHARACTER CREATION FOR SP in any game. Ok, let's talk about this DLC which came available March 10th. Simple, it sucks. It really sucks. It is nothing more than another UNC side mission piece of shit. Bring in the Mako. Would someone please permenantly destroy the Mako. I hate that damn thing. As in Rogue and Geth Incursion you go to the same ole places on every map on every side mission, kill some enemies, and move on. It took me 45 minutes to finish.

There was ZERO interaction with team mates. The story was pathetic. All this time we are lead to believe the Batarians are this killer species. Crap, I tell ya. I talked that one guy down in 2 sentences. What a pansie. Big guy with 4 eyeballs and he is a big wiener. No that would be a compliment. He's a big baby. No disrespect to babies.

Give me a freakin map like Feros or Noveria BioWare. You fail big time. You got 400 MS outta us for what? I got 5 coop maps, and adversarial maps and 40 plus hours of gameplay with the GRAW2 DLC. AND, those maps have replay value, Bring Down the Sky is a do once and piss moan over the quality.

I had no clue you were an insider at BioWare lol Regardless of your opinion on ME. It is an excellent RPG. The story is very good, the graphics are wonderful, and the characters are captivating. Beats the shit out of the garbage Vegas put out in those categories. Vegas is so perfect..loopholes and crappy story writing, poor graphics for such a high end game, dull, listless characters, pathetic AI, glitches out the ass, worse spawning known to man. Yes, Vegas is so much better than ME. Ubi sucks!

They call this RPG an "Action RPG" and its perfect for those us who are less than ecstatic about the old school turn-based RPGs. I loved the story because it appealed to the inner sci-fi geek in me. Those who aren't patient enough to sit through a lot of dialog and just want to kick ass will probably want to sit this one out. Also leveling up to the point where you can walk in a room and kick everyone's ass with a few commands is highly addictive.

It was on Lone's recommendation that I bought this game and it was money well spent. I'm still working on playing it through a second time.

Wow, this is a first for me. I rarely get credit for a game suggestion. Glad it was Mass Effect. I totally, absolutely, love the game. It is number 2 on my favorite list. SCCT being the first. You are right, you must have patience with this type of RPG. At first I had a tough time with that, then I started to listen. I liked what I heard. I loved what I was seeing. And baby I just love renegade and smacking the shit out other characters. I like my Shep with an attitude of angst against all except his crew. Ok, that is a lie, I beat down Liara as hard as I can. Can't stand her...YUCK! And the nasty blue lobster still comes begging for Shep to put her on her back...what a piece of trash.
