Paper or Plastic?

Post by Halday on Sun 31 Aug 2008, 11:55

Walmart wants gamers to go green!
Discs packaged in cardboard sleeves would certainly make for more room on shelves, increase the use of recycled trees, and promote residual sales of replacement discs..But what about saving watermarks on my coffee table? HA HA
I vote yay. My PS2 Twisted Metal Online disc came in a cardboard sleeve and it still exists. Demo discs (remember them?) came in sleeves. Sleeves do take up less room, but watch those paper cuts affraid
Anyway, I wonder if Walmart will still let us carry them home in plastic bags? Hmm..every little bit helps, I suppose.
